Surgical Services – Sterile Processing Tech

Schedule

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM), Monday through Friday and occasional scheduled holidays.

Assignment Details

Floating may be required between locations.

Requirements

• Certification: CRCST or CSPDT required.
• Experience with decontamination, assembly, sterilization processes, and sterile storage.
• Experience with HLD/Scope and Censitrac tracking system preferred.
• Prior experience in a high-volume trauma facility is highly desired.
• Customer service or liaison experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform decontamination of all surgical instruments and equipment.
• Assemble surgical instruments in all service lines, including packaging.
• Manage sterilization processes using various methods.
• Ensure proper storage and tracking of sterile items.
• Act as a liaison between various service departments as needed.
