Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (06:00 - 14:30)

Job Description

The Sterile Processing Technician will work in a fast-paced, highly motivated team environment in our Sterile Processing Department. This position requires individuals who are self-motivated and possess strong supply knowledge, able to pick cases, and work effectively as part of a team. The department specializes in Neuro, Ortho, robotics, and pediatrics, while also addressing all standard service lines including URO, general, and GYN.

Responsibilities

• Manage surgical instruments and ensure proper sterilization processes.
• Participate in the assembly and organization of surgical trays.
• Perform quality checks to maintain departmental standards.
• Work collaboratively with clinical teams to support patient care.
• Attend a 3-day orientation program to familiarize with department protocols.
• Rotate weekend shifts as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sterile processing.
• Certification in CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA is required.
• First-time travelers accepted, with at least 2 years of experience.
