Instrument Technician – Allied

Schedule

7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Assignment Details

Must work 2 major holidays from Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, as well as 1 minor holiday such as the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty.
• Preferred: HSPA Certification.
• Reprocess surgical instruments.
• Scrub Color: Dark Blue (facility provides).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair instruments, equipment, and systems in accordance with industry standards.
• Ensure all surgical instruments are cleaned, sterilized, and ready for use.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on instrumentation procedures.
• Complete documentation in compliance with healthcare policies.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
